| ATTENTION all iSci 2014 students:
You should have all received a letter from iSci administration/faculty last
week. In that letter there was a blurb about BigSibs asking you to
email the iSci society email (iscisociety@gmail.com) if you were
interested. Please do this as soon as you can!!!!! Also please email
saying whether you are interested or not because that way we will have your email so
that we can add it to the mailing list so that you will be kept updated
on anything that is going on within the iSci community!

| Adam, as a BigSib you are a resource to your "LittleSib", so if they have questions about school or how to time manage, or university life in general you will be there to help them or point them in the right direction of where they could find out answers. Or if you knew of an iSci 2013 student who would be able to help them you could ask that 2013 to help (so it is like a family kinda thing, you know who would be able to help etc, but you would be their first go-to person). And then when the 2015 students came, your LittleSib would become a BigSib and then you would now have a LittleSib and a "GrandSib". So it is kinda cool that way too, with the relationships you form and everything. I think it will put a greater emphasis on the sense of community that we already have within iSci after just one year!! |

| Adam, I am sooooo happy you changed your mind! haha Ryan- we adopted the idea from artsci because we thought it would be great to have in iSci as well! Thanks, Natalie! I cannot take all of the credit - it was the society during the year that decided we should do BigSibs! And yes James, or a great-grand sib! haha |
